The responsibility, authority and interrelation of personnel who manage, perform, and verify work-effecting quality shall be defined as follows:
:: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system;

Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system;

Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels;

Verify the Implementation of solutions;
::
Control further processing, delivery or installation, of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. |

Effective service is implemented to ensure that activities, which directly affect service quality, are planned and approved prior to the commencement of the activity and are carried out under controlled conditions.
All productive work is planned and implemented in accordance with the AGP procedures and any specific document as agreed according to contract specification.
The company maintains compliance with reference standards, codes and inspection and test plans, quality plans, and/or documented procedures, and ensures the use of suitable production, installation equipment, and working environment. |

AGP shall ensure that incoming products/materials are not used until it has been inspected or otherwise verified as conforming to specified requirements. Verification of conformance to the specified requirements shall be in accordance with the quality plan or documented procedures. Where incoming product/material is released for urgent purpose prior to verification, it shall be positively identified and recorded to permit recall and replacement in the event of non-conformity to specified requirements.

AGP ensures that all personnel are trained and experienced to the extent necessary to undertake their assigned activities and responsibilities effectively. AGP generally procures and recruits personnel capable of meeting the technical skill, experience, and educational requirements for all its activities.
