WHY THE STEEL ARCHED BUILDING

There are five (5) significant reasons that the Steel Arched Building System offers over the competition.

1. High Speed Construction:
The Steel Arched Building Sysyem is a factory on wheels. It is capable of fabricating 60 running feet (18.3 meters) of steel panels per minute. The automatic seaming Machine seams the panels together at the rate of 70 running feet (21.3 meters) per minute, which provides a waterproof seal without the use of sealants. With this high speed production grougs of panels can be seamed in place while the foundation is being poured. This will reduce erection time by half.

2. Low Cost:
The cost of the arched building is reduced significantly when you compute the cost of other systems that must be manufactured and than shipped to the site for erection. This combined with the fact that we are using raw materials ( the steel coil), on site for the exterior of the complete superstructurethe, cost can be drastically lower than other systems.

3. Speed of Construction
The production of the approximent number of required panels for a 10,000 sq foot (929 sq meters) building will take approximently 20 working hours including allowances for reloading the new steel coils. These panels will than be seamed innt sections of either 3 or five panels. All of this while the foundation is being poured. Sections are than lifted in place and seamed together and welded to the foundation. The complete process from the cure time of the foundation until completion is less than a week. This process would take months by conventional method but because the “factory on wheels can be relocated to another site upon completion of manufacturing the panels, numberous projects can be undertaken simultaneously.

4. Environmental Control
The Steel Arched Building structure when completed is like any other building to which mechanical services like electricity, lighting, HVAC, water, drainage and other if required other electro-mechanical systems maybe added. These additions are not unique to the Steel Arched Building System and do not require any special modifications for installation. Insulation can be added to meet all climatic conditions.

5. Versatility
The Steel Arched Building System offers multiple use for its system from Wharehousing, Dormitories, Offices, Workshops, Aircraft/Helicopter Hangers, Vehicle covers, Walkway covers, Indoor Training Areas,Classrooms, Auditoriums, Gymnasiums, Libraries, Dog Kennels, and even bunkers. There is no ending of the various uses. We have attached photos of the applications we believe can be best utilized at the present time.
