Brief Description
A) Raw material arrives on site in 3000-5000 lbs coils. The machine is set up and adjusted to the correct radius
B) Panels are run out both straight and curved sides of the machine at the same time.
C) Shows relationship of location of machine to building in progress.
C) Inspector looking at rollers for material to rest on when it exist the machine during the arch making process.
E) Welding of Arches after being seamed together. This is only one method of securing building without foundation. The preferred method is on a concrete base with steel strips secured via footings on top of concrete.
F) Five or three panels are ran out and seamed together on the ground. They are than lifted into place as shown in picture G. than two sets of arches are seamed together making a watertight seal and increasing rigidity of the structure.
G) Placing a preseamed group of three arches in place for welding. These pieces can be made on site while the foundation is being poured thus reducing overall construction time as well as cost .
