It also acquires and supplies construction chemicals and expended metal lath manufactured by its own fully owned factories.

The Contracting Division has a specialized team for performing special construction work, concrete repair and water proofing in addition to excuting turnkey civil construction projects.

The Manufacturing Division has 3 manufacturing facilities ASPEC for special building chemicals, KUMEX for expanded metal and K-SPAN and A.S.B for American Steel Buildings.
